Eleni Yalanis

Eleni Yalanis is a 20 year career music educator. She began her violin studies with her father, Tom Yalanis, and earned her B.A. in music at American University. She taught vocal and instrumental music in the Washington, D.C. and New York City public school systems before becoming an orchestral music teaching artist for the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music for 11 years. Eleni moved to Massachusetts in 2014 to work for CMSS and to develop and manage Sonido Musica. Eleni has played for various chamber groups, recordings, and other musical projects in NY, DC and MA. She currently plays violin, harmonium and sings in kirtan groups throughout the Valley.

2019-2020 Registration is open!

You are now able to register for private lessons and classes, manage your account with CMSS, and more. It is our hope that this new process will ease the process of registration, payment, and billing for you and all the members of our community.

If you would like to take advantage of our early bird discount which waives the 2019-2020 registration fee of $50, you must re-register online with the new ASAP system before May 20th. Creating an account with ASAP in April will also earn families 5 entries in our “Share the Love of CMSS” raffle for a chance to win a free year of lessons!

We are committed to helping families through this transition to an online-based registration system.
